The Medical Center of Aurora

The Medical Center of Aurora ("TMCA") serves Aurora, Colorado and the eastern Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area (metro area) with three separate campuses providing a wide range of health care services. It was founded in 1974 and currently employs more than 1,200 people, and is part of HealthONE, the largest health care system in the metro area. There are more than 450 doctors on staff and 346 beds. The Medical Center of Aurora Main Campus is equipped to handle all types of procedures in its 24/7 emergency room. We have top-notch technology, including high-tech ICUs and advanced operating rooms. We also offer expert pediatric ER care through our affiliation with the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children.

Dr. Frank Lansville

Emergency Department Medical Director

Frank is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician. He completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences and his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Kern Medical Center/UCLA. Frank has been with CarePoint since 1996 and serves as Chairman of the board for CarePoint PC.   He is the Emergency Medical Director at The Medical Center of Aurora (TMCA), Centennial Medical Plaza, and Saddle Rock Emergency department.  He is President of the Medical Staff at Medical Center of Aurora South, and Chairs the TMCA Quality Management Committee.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and biking. 

 

 

 


Pramod Vangeti MD

 Emergency Department Associate Director

Pramod is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician. He completed his Chief Residency and Administration Fellowship in Emergency Medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware. Pramod joined CarePoint in 2014, and currently serves as the Assistant Medical Director at The Medical Center of Aurora and the Trauma Medical Director at Centennial Medical Plaza.  In his spare time Dr. Vangeti likes to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.
