SUMMARY: This position is a full time position that is responsible for providing onboarding and training support.

Years of experience in a particular field: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience required.  Healthcare experience preferred.

Skills preferred: Strong attention to detail. Basic analytical and critical thinking skills. Basic verbal and written communication. The ability to multi-task. Strong commitment to actively supporting an ethical open working environment. Microsoft office experience required.


Scribe Training:

  • Assist with updating new hire classroom training curriculum
  • New hire classroom trainer (one week per month or two weeks per month from June through September)
  • Online training development
  • Train the trainer (classroom trainer)
  • Quarterly leadership training
  • Meditech upgrade trainer
  • Work on scribe workflow improvement and then develop additional training class for all scribes which would occur one month into employment
  • Coordination of monthly/quarterly clinical topics for PAs and MDs

PA Academy - assist with organization of classes

Provider Onboarding - help organize and facilitate onboarding for providers (emergency, neurology and pediatric)

Blue Sky Neurology:

  • Monthly staff trainings - customer service, phones, difficult patients, AIDET
  • New employee training
